This saves companies money and ensures the purpose of the company is fulfilled. Lean operations are business practices that use as little time, inventory, supplies and work as possible to create a dependable product or service. This is a key factor in all of our companies.
Purpose – What is the purpose of this company? This is the question we ask before getting involved with a company. It’s a seemingly intangible part of a company that drives us to push past tough times and persevere to the finish line. All of our ventures strive to change how things operate in the sector of business that our company exists. We are only interested in a result that will have a positive impact on all those who interact.
Research – Having a sound plan is essential to business success. Research is the basis for constructing a plan that will guide a company’s vision. When we start or take ownership in a company, step 1 is to formulate a plan based on research surrounding the value proposition, demand, resources of founder(s) and many other factors.
Business Systems – This is all about identifying the functions that make a business tick. Whether its the way we answer the phone, the way we sell our service or the colors we were, it’s all part of the business system. Identifying and improving these systems is the main source of innovation in our companies. We utilize technology and all available resources to create duplicatable results via lean business systems.
